         Topeka, Kan. – Washburn University’s mass media department is celebrating their 25th anniversary with a banquet and keynote speaker. The banquet begins 6 p.m. Thursday, April 11 in Washburn A/B in Memorial Union on Washburn’s campus. Tickets are free for students and $20 for mass media alumni and friends.     2019 Dancing Blues: Division II National Champions
         Topeka, Kan. – The Washburn University Dancing Blues brought three national championship trophies home this past weekend. The dance team earned the overall Division II National Championship title in the national American Dance/Drill Team competition. They also placed first in both the jazz and hip-hop categories.
