         Topeka, Kan. – More than 210 middle school and high school students from Topeka and surrounding communities will present on “Triumph and Tragedy in History” at Washburn University on Saturday, Feb. 23 in the District 3 History Day competition.          Washburn Tech’s Recycled Rides program is cruising to another milestone.
