         Topeka, Kan. – More than 210 middle school and high school students from Topeka and surrounding communities will present on “Triumph and Tragedy in History” at Washburn University on Saturday, Feb. 23 in the District 3 History Day competition.          Washburn Tech’s Recycled Rides program is cruising to another milestone.     Washburn University names Shermoen family as “Family of the Year”
         Washburn University named the Shermoen family as the “Family of the Year” today, Sept. 22, during halftime of the Family Day football game. This designation honors the Shermoens’ dedication to, support of and enthusiasm for the university.
