    Event held on October 15, 2016 from 10 a.m. to noon.

         The Washburn University Law Clinic will be offering a Veterans Legal Assistance Clinic for veterans and other service-connected individuals on Saturday, October 15, 2016, from 10 a.m. to noon. One portion of the event focuses on preparing free wills, living wills, and durable powers of attorney, while another portion concentrates on providing representation for the expungement of convictions.     The new Law Early Admission Program (LEAP) will allow academically talented and highly motivated undergraduate students at Baker to matriculate to Washburn’s law school after three years.

         Officials from Baker University and Washburn University School of Law signed a new partnership into effect Wednesday during a joint press conference on Baker’s campus.
