    The 2015 Kansas Silent Film Festival is returning on Friday, February 27 from 7-10 p.m. and continues Saturday, February 28 from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. (with breaks for lunch and dinner).     Julene BairTOPEKA – “Our Fateful Journey Down the Ogallala Road,” will be discussed by Julene Bair, whose Kansas memoir, The Ogallala Road, explores the implications of draining the Ogallala Aquifer at the Kansas Day Presentation at 4 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 29 at the Mulvane Art Museum, Washburn University.
