    Washburn Tech will ink a new class of recruits at National Technical Letter of Intent Signing Day from 9:30 until 11 a.m. on Thursday, February 18, 2016.     Leroy Lattimore, of Topeka, Kan., believes he is on the road to a better life thanks to a new set of wheels. Lattimore is the latest recipient of a refurbished vehicle provided through Washburn Tech’s Recycled Rides program.
