         Topeka, Kan. – Don H. Doyle, author, professor, and Civil War era expert, will be giving the 29th annual Lincoln Harman Lecture on Feb. 1.     Media are invited to the presentation of a sizable check by Washburn Student Bar Association (WSBA) Barristers' Ball Chair Sarah Morrison and Dean Thomas J.
