        Shelley V.     TOPEKA – Assist area children ages newborn to age 13 in need during the holidays with a visit to the 14th Annual Giving Tree Project – “Deck the Halls with Christmas Presents.” The project is already underway and will continue through noon Friday, Dec. 4 at locations on or near the Washburn University campus.Participants visit one of the trees, select a tag and purchase the gift requested.
