         Washburn University’s Mulvane Art Museum will hold a panel discussion on gun-related issues in conjunction with the exhibition Hallowed Absurdities: Work by Theodore Waddell.  The panel will be covering issues raised by the exhibition, as well as the upcoming change in Kansas law which will permit individuals to carry concealed guns on college campuses.     Annual student exhibition opens Friday, reception for "Hallowed Absurdities"
