                  The Spring Career Fair at Washburn University is drawing the strongest response from employers in years, according to Kent McAnally, Washburn’s director of career services.            “This year we’ve got 139 organizations registered to attend,” McAnally said.  “That’s the largest number I’ve seen in my ten years with the university.”   more...

    Last chance to sign up for Washburn's largest homecoming tailgate and the Bow Tie Bash

    Topeka, Kansas - The Grand Tailgate begins at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 24 on the Memorial Union lawn and will be a barbecue meal, including drinks and desserts. The cost to attend the tailgate is $5 per person, and children 5 and younger will be admitted at no cost.
