Forty-five students were inducted recently into the Ichabod Chapter of
the National Senior Honor Society of Mortar Board at Washburn University.
Mortar Board, Inc. is a national honor society which recognizes college
seniors for distinguished ability and achievement in scholarship,
leadership and service. Founded in 1918 as the first national

the national psychology honor society. Psi Chi was founded in 1929 for
the purpose of encouraging, stimulating and maintaining excellence in
scholarship, and advancing the science of psychology.
