        Washburn University is issuing a call for entries for its 22nd annual outdoor sculpture competition.  The prize for those sculptures selected for display is $1,500.     A professional selection committee will choose up to seven sculptures to be displayed on the campus of Washburn University in a year-long exhibition.  Previous winners have come from throughout the Midwest, around the country and from a variety of other countries.   more...

         Topeka, Kan. – Washburn University student Katelynn Robinson was one of three students recognized at honorary society Kappa Mu Epsilon’s national student research competition at their national conference April 6-8.
