         Topeka, Kan. – The Washburn University debate squad returned with multiple champions from the 24th annual National Parliamentary Debate Association (NPDA) Championships in Colorado Springs, Colo.          Topeka, Kan. – Washburn University has named Margaret Pabst Battin as its 2017 Ruth Garvey Cochener Fink Visiting Professor in Leadership. Each year, the visiting professor speaks to classes at Washburn and gives a formal lecture.
