    Students from Washburn University School of Law are hosting a special tax return preparation clinic for low income tax payers who did not previously file their 2014 tax returns. Under the Affordable Care Act (ObamaCare), it is necessary to file a tax return for 2014 in order to continue to receive a tax credit to purchase insurance on the federal exchange for the 2016 tax year.
