WHAT: Chef Fuschia Dunlop, an English writer and cook is hosting a gourmet Chinese buffet as well as a lecture workship and a cooking workshop at Washburn University’s Memorial Union on Thursday, November 3. The buffet is open from noon until 1:30 p.m. and costs $12 per person at the door. registration is required for the workshops which take place in the afternoon. Chef Dunlop is currently on a book tour for her sixth book – Land of Fish and Rice. Her appearance is sponsored by the Washburn University Memorial Union in conjunction with the Office of International Programs. The plan is to make this international culinary workshop an annual event.
