WHO: Jeffrey B. Early serves as Texas regional President for Northern trust. He received a B.S. degree from Purdue University.
He joined Northern Trust in 1978 and has served in various management assignments with the company including commercial banking, mortgage lending and head of retail banking for the Chicago market. In April 1992 he relocated to Texas as managing executive for Norther Trust’s Houston region. In his current position as Regional President, he has management responsibilities for all Texas markets.
Early currently serves as chairman of the Salvation Army, is a trustee of the Holocaust Museum Houston and the Sam Houston Area Council of boy Scouts of America. His is a former trustee of the Alley Theatre while also serving as an advisory board member of both the University of Texas Medical School and the University of Texas Health Science Center.
He is past president of the Houston Symphony Society, a former member of the advisory board of the Assistance League of Houston, a former trustee of the Houston Ballet, the Houston Symphony Endowment and the Houston Grand Opera. He served as a member of the Lombardi Award Committee, the Advisory Board of the University of Houston Honors College and Village Learning and Achievement Center.
